How it works
When the page opens, the browser asks for location permission. Coordinates are rounded to three decimal places and sent to UmmahAPI to calculate today’s times and timezone. Yusr does not store your coordinates.
Calculation settings
The tool always uses the Umm Al-Qura method from Makkah and the Hanbali Asr calculation. These settings are applied automatically and are not presented as user choices.
Why times can differ
These results are astronomical calculations. A local mosque may apply different parameters or safety adjustments. Prefer its published timetable when there is a difference, especially at high latitudes.
