How the calculation works
For a price excluding VAT, the tool multiplies the amount by 15% and adds the result. For a VAT-inclusive price, it divides the total by 1.15 to find the amount before VAT.
The standard Saudi VAT rate is 15%, but some transactions may be exempt or zero-rated. Treat the result as a preliminary estimate.
